Steel Craft Mfg. Inc. was established in 1978 with the concept to create a one stop machine and fabrication shop. Capable of building machine frame structures and all the corresponding machine parts. Located in Hopewell, Virginia, we are only minutes from the capital city of Richmond; home to many fortune 500 companies who rely on contract machine shops for their expertise in custom machine building and part manufacturing.

Machining
Engine lathes (3) - from 14" swing to 21" swing with 88" centers.
Milling machines (7) - with 4 CNC vertical machining centers from 10 HP with 24 tools to 30 HP with 30 tools; the largest with a 4th axis 12" drive. -
Fabrication
Welding machine (6) TIG, MIG and stick.
10' shear and press brake - Handles .250 thick material
110 ton punch press

Radius bending machines
Cut off saw - Handles 16" x 22" pieces.
